Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver scheduled telehealth services to adult clients across Oklahoma. This role focuses on assessment, therapy, and follow-through rather than high-volume scheduling. You will work within a predictable framework that supports continuity of care and allows time for thoughtful clinical work.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
Perform diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations
Create and update individualized treatment plans
Maintain session notes and progress documentation
Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Adhere to Oklahoma mental health licensing standards
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
credential
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings
Comfortable working independently in a telehealth role
Reliable technology and private workspace
