Robotic Cell Technician
will work closely with a manual winding tech, within a state-of-the-art Roth Robotic work cell. Responsibilities
Ensure production demands are met. Set up all aspects of Kuka/teaching pendant Verify sub-assemblies Monitoring and selection of programs, based on production needs i.e., diameter & length variations Material handling i.e., Resin, fiberglass, etc. Replenish raw materials as needed Must interface with maintenance, production engineers, & plant management. Able to maintain accurate production records Skills & Competencies
Must be mechanically inclined at least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Capable of lifting at least 60 lbs. Computer literate - Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Previous experience with Robotics and winding is preferred Must be highly motivated, quick to learn, and safety-conscious. Able to operate tow-motor Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent Familiarity with ERP Software Systems (experience with Epicor a Plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook & Excel) MUST have exceptional attendance. Benefits and Equal Opportunity
