is recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community.
Daily Responsibilities
Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and following safety protocols.
Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from Director of Plant Operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Trade School diploma preferred and 2+ years experience in hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance
Electrical / HVAC experience preferred
Starting rates of $22+/hr depending on experience
