Windsor at Pembroke Gardens is a mid‑rise style community consisting of 280 apartment homes.

Compensation Hourly:
$19.37 – $24.22 per hour, based on experience, tenure, and location.
Annual starting compensation:
$40,289 – $50,377.
Job Description Successful Service Technicians come from a variety of backgrounds such as apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, building maintenance, and work order management. They must have intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Availability for rotating on‑call schedules for after‑hours and weekend emergency response is required.

Your Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
Ability to use smart devices and property management software for accurate records and work order completion.
Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
Support the company’s values and culture by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures for apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
Requirements
Site‑specific certifications, such as:
EPA Type II (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend work and participation in the on‑call rotations.
