Qualifications Education
Associates Degree from a CAPTE accredited program Required
Work Experience

Licenses and Certifications
PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice Upon Hire Required
CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required
