Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy services for a client located in
Angier, NC . This role offers a consistent part-time schedule with the opportunity to add additional hours based on availability. Services are provided in the client’s home under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be available:
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a child with autism
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document accurate session data
Support communication, social, and independence skill development
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team
Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
Requirements
Required
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or higher
Reliable transportation for in-home services
Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
Preferred
Experience providing in-home ABA services
Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
Physical Requirements
Ability to engage with children at floor level
Ability to lift or assist up to approximately 30–50 lbs as needed
Ability to pass required background checks
