Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Range:
$20.40 - $30.60
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of office or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the department to be served preferred.

Essential Functions
Oversees clinical operations including record keeping, filing, ordering and purchasing medical/surgical supplies and office supplies.
Develops work schedules and assignments for professional and ancillary staff ensuring equitable distribution and adequate coverage.
Assists with assessing departmental fiscal requirements, preparing budget recommendations, and monitoring and reconciling expenditures.
Assists with personnel functions such as hiring, scheduling, and performance planning.
Prepares management reports detailing patient or procedure volumes, resource utilization, trends, revenues, expenditures, etc.
Cross‑trains staff and oversees staff development in computer access and requisitioning lab and diagnostic tests.
Oversees maintenance of office space, equipment, and facilities.
Maintains inventory of supplies, meets with sales personnel, evaluates purchase orders, and decides on purchases for the clinic.
Acts as liaison between physicians and nursing staff to facilitate patient care and clinical flow.
Answers phone and in‑person inquiries concerning clinic policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; strong computer experience.

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching with arms, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, seeing. Must lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs. maximum.
