The Role Put into service and operate all marine diesel power/gas turbine plants and all related auxiliary equipment. Lines up all systems for operation, sets controls, interprets temperature, pressure, and flow readings, sets up and operates automatic controls, air conditioning, refrigeration plants, and other auxiliary equipment common to naval vessels. Must Have At least 4 years of Propulsion, Auxiliary, Fuel, or Damage Control experience. Nice to Have Prior Navy or Merchant Marine experience strongly desired.
