Lou Sobh Automotive is looking for a general maintenance worker to provide quality workmanship in a prompt and efficient manner to the buildings and grounds, and to help keep the business running smoothly by having someone available to repair any issues that may arise unexpectedly.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the upkeep of the facility
Perform general and preventative maintenance repairs to the facility
Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
Inspect and identify repairs needed on machinery, appliances, and light equipment
Perform light plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs that do not require a special license
Perform other related duties as required
Job Qualifications
Broad spectrum general knowledge in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
