Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment.
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem‑solving skills.
Maintain strong customer service.
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
2+ Years HVAC service experience (required).
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
