Salary $20 or higher per hour based on experience.
Shift & Training Shift available: 1pm - 11pm; Mon - Thurs. Must be willing to train on 1st shift for 3-6 months before moving to 2nd shift.

Typical day as a CNC Operator
Designing and developing programs while setting up, operating, and monitoring various Mazak CNC turning centers with live tooling, reporting to the Brush Holder Manager.
Preparing tools and securing parts into machines, ensuring accurate installation of programs and machine positions.
Diagnosing machine malfunctions, coordinating repairs, and making adjustments as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Have three (3) or more years of experience as an operator, with expertise in setting up, programming, and monitoring manual mills or lathe CNC machines.
Possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret shop orders and blueprints effectively.
Are capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus).
Programming knowledge is preferred.
