Are you aNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA) passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a community-focused setting? At Lee Health, we're seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in beautiful Southwest Florida.

Your Role at a Glance:

Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages from preventive health and chronic disease management to same-day visits and wellness education

Build lasting relationships with patients and families while helping improve community health

Collaborate closely with your supervising physician, nursing staff, and care coordinators to ensure seamless, whole-person care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Manage your own panel with support, mentorship, and access to system-wide resources

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current Florida license (or eligibility) as an NP or PA

BLS certification required

Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in primary care are welcome

A commitment to evidence-based practice, teamwork, and excellence in care delivery
