We are seeking an experienced
Industrial Maintenance Technician
to join our team in a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain motors, fixtures, wiring, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair machine controls, motors, lighting systems, and power circuitry.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair procedures.
Adhere to all workplace safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Order and manage electrical materials, spare parts, and shop inventory.
Conduct planned maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support continuous production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4
years of industrial maintenance experience
in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems (including
480VAC and low voltage ) and mechanical equipment.
Ability to wire control panels, cabinets, and related components.
Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and power tools.
Solid knowledge of workplace safety protocols, including the ability to conduct safety audits.
PLC experience
is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Education & Eligibility Requirements
Must be a
U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Holder .
Hourly Pay:
$25.00 – $35.00 (based on experience)
