Responsibilities
Completing assessments and diagnosis
Recovery planning
Liaison with other clinical service providers
Provision of treatment
Documentation of client progress
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Demonstrate the ability to analyze clinical needs and social situations, identifying problems and alternative courses of actions, while demonstrating multicultural sensitivity and effective communication skills.
Other Requirements
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in counseling, social work, psychology or other qualified social, behavioral or human services field.
Requires licensure in one of the following: LPHA, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.
Requires willingness to be flexible, resourceful and creative in problem solving.
Must demonstrate an ability to organize and present information clearly and concisely to keep the individuals, prescribers, team members, and family members informed of clinical issues.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas.
Knowledgeable of psychotropic medications and DSM V; working computer skills including MS Word and bilingual skills (English/Spanish), preferred.
