El Técnico de Control de Procesos es responsable de operar, monitorear y mantener sistemas de control automatizados para optimizar procesos industriales. Garantiza el funcionamiento eficiente y seguro de equipos de control, sistemas SCADA, y dispositivos de instrumentación.**Responsabilidades Principales:*** Monitorear continuamente sistemas de control de procesos utilizando interfaces HMI y sistemas SCADA para detectar desviaciones operacionales.* Realizar ajustes en controladores PLC, DCS y sistemas de instrumentación para mantener parámetros dentro de especificaciones establecidas.* Ejecutar procedimientos de calibración y mantenimiento preventivo en sensores, transmisores, válvulas de control y otros dispositivos de campo.* Diagnosticar fallas en sistemas de control mediante análisis de alarmas, tendencias de datos y pruebas de componentes.* Documentar todas las actividades de mantenimiento, calibraciones y reparaciones en sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.* Colaborar con ingenieros de procesos para implementar mejoras y modificaciones en sistemas de control.* Garantizar cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y procedimientos operacionales estándar.* Participar en paradas programadas y mantenimientos mayores de planta.* Proporcionar soporte técnico durante emergencias y situaciones críticas fuera del horario regular.**Requisitos:*** Título técnico en Instrumentación, Control de Procesos, Electrónica o campo relacionado* 2-5 años de experiencia en sistemas de control industrial* Inglés básico a intermedio* Conocimiento de PLCs (Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider)* Experiencia con sistemas SCADA/HMI* Comprensión de instrumentación (presión, temperatura, flujo, nivel)* Conocimientos de protocolos de comunicación industrial (Modbus, Ethernet/IP)* Capacidad para leer diagramas P&ID y esquemas eléctricos* Disponibilidad para trabajo por turnos y guardias**Competencias Deseadas:*** Certificaciones en sistemas PLC específicos* Experiencia con sistemas DCS (DeltaV, Honeywell, ABB)* Conocimiento de seguridad funcional (SIL, SIS)* Habilidades de soldadura y trabajo mecánico básicoThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
