Join a cutting‑edge manufacturing team as an MES Support Engineer focused on keeping SAP ME/MII/PCo and S/4HANA systems running flawlessly on the factory floor.
In this hands‑on, production‑support role, you’ll be the first to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve live integration issues that impact robotic and automated manufacturing lines. Our ideal candidate has worked directly with SAP ME/MII in active production environments.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and support SAP ME/MII/PCo and S/4HANA integrations during live operations
Troubleshoot and resolve MES‑SAP‑PLC and OPC UA issues in real time
Collaborate with production engineers and technicians to maintain uptime
Log root causes, drive permanent fixes, and improve MES reliability
Ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting across the line
You’ll work at the heart of innovation, supporting smart factories, robotics, and advanced automation. Your expertise ensures every system runs reliably, every time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant areas in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Engineering
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in MES usage in a manufacturing environment (requirements analysis, design definition, software development, and solutions implementation).
3+ years of Hands‑on Experience with SAP ME/Mii/PCo and Kepware applications
Prior experience working on SAP EAM systems. Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and systems.
Customer‑focused, positive, supportive, self‑motivated, considerate personality required – must work well in a team environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering
Experience in an automotive manufacturing production environment
Strong understanding of the plant floor manufacturing system architectures and industrial communication protocols.
