Our client, a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Functional Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the product management department supporting cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the KFC US Kiosk product, driving impactful business and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Define and communicate a compelling product vision for kiosks, rooted in deep customer and business understanding.
Lead discovery efforts to uncover real customer problems and validate solutions before building.
Foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and shared accountability within the cross-functional team.
Establish and track clear success metrics (OKRs) aligned to business objectives and prioritize ruthlessly.
Champion continuous improvement through experimentation, learning from failures, and rapid iteration.

Proven experience leading product discovery, customer-centric design, and outcome-driven delivery.
Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
