YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER As an Assistant Store Manager, you are first and foremost supporting the Store Manager in making the store a success. You are contributing to creating a strong team & a good store atmosphere, where every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.
DAILY TASKS
Always maintaining a well-organized and customer-ready store environment
Executing daily operations to a high standard of quality and efficiency
Monitoring and following up on team and store performance
Developing team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
Recruiting and onboarding new team members to support business growth
YOUR PROFILE
You have experience in a similar role
Experience in visual merchandising is an asset
You have proven leadership skills and mentoring team members
You have good communication skills
You have a result driven mindset
You are eager to learn and develop
