The District Operations Manager is responsible for creating an engaged and high performing team through coaching and direction. Will oversee the overall execution of their venues through daily operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Spirit to work side by side with leaders in your assigned area
Excellence in modeling Triple Shift Entertainment’s values, culture, and leadership behaviors
Setting clear objectives and holding teams accountable to high performance expectations
Courage to regularly provide constructive feedback and coaching to direct reports
Creating compelling development plans and career opportunities for direct reports and high potential leaders
Own It by leading and inspiring a rich culture of execution, training, development, and high performance
Spend time in a venue providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
Support all assigned leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, maintenance, and food cost.
Respect while cultivating a culture of positivity within the team.
Driving exceptional customer service
Build a bench for future leaders.
Work with Talent Specialist to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned venues.
Own It by embracing other duties as assigned

Requirements
2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience Excellence while displaying strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team. Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader Spirit showing you enthusiasm, positivity, and drive. Courage to embrace a fast-paced environment. Adaptable to new processes and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 401k Information: You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
