A Corporate Trainer, is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization’s talent by providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. Their duties include working closely with company executives and department heads to determine areas for employee improvement, developing training courses for new and existing employees and establishing methods to track employee performance after the completion of training.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed

Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees

Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training

Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions

Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

Qualifications

Transportation required - consistent travel between clinic locations

Fully on-site position

5+ years of practice management or training experience required
