Starting Rate of Pay:

$27.51-$35.59 per hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

3rd shift Mon – Fri, 9:45 pm – 5:45 am

4th shift Sat, Sun, Mon, 5:45 am – 5:45 pm

Shift Premium:

32 cents per hour for second shift; 39 cents per hour for third shift.

What You Will Be Doing

Interpret and troubleshoot mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, and PLC ladder logic

Apply knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic operated machinery, equipment, and systems

Adhere to Hydro safety protocol and PPE requirements

Demonstrate attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills

Flourish in a fast‑paced, changing production atmosphere while working independently with tight schedules and adhering to the highest standards of excellence

Act as a team player, self‑starter, adaptable to change

What Will Make You Successful? Required Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong electrical background

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Two years of technical school including industrial electricity, PLCs, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
