Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Hybrid — Blue Bell, PA)
NexYear is a premium strategic gifting company working with founders, executives, and high‑end teams. We are looking for a sharp, reliable part‑time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, coordination, and execution.
This role requires both operational discipline and light creative capability. You will work directly with the founder and be trusted with real responsibility across client work, gifting programs, and internal projects.
Responsibilities
Administrative support and inbox management
Tracking orders, invoices, and client details
Coordinating vendors, shipments, and deliveries
Light research and data organization
Preparing client documents, presentations, and portals
Creating simple visual assets (Canva) when needed
Using AI tools (ChatGPT / LLMs) to assist with drafting, organizing, and ideation
Occasional in‑person support (packing, pickups, coordination)
Requirements
1–3 years of administrative, operations, or assistant experience
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and responsive
Strong written communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Working knowledge of Canva
Familiarity with AI tools / LLMs for productivity and content support
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Location Hybrid
Office based in Blue Bell, PA (Montgomery County)
Local candidates preferred
In‑person support required as needed
Hours & Pay Part‑time, flexible hours
$22–28/hour based on experience
This is not a virtual‑only role. This is hands‑on work inside a growing company with room to expand.
