Administrative Coordinator
who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps the office and field teams connected.
What You’ll Do:
Keep payroll and HR records on track in
ADP .
Manage invoices, reports, and job entries in
NetSuite .
Help with scheduling, recordkeeping, and job site documentation.
Support accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
Be the friendly voice on the phone and handle office inquiries.
Keep files organized (both digital + paper).
Pitch in on projects when management needs an extra hand.
What We’re Looking For:
Admin experience (industrial/construction background is a big plus).
Comfortable with
ADP
&
NetSuite .
Strong organizer + multitasker who pays attention to the details.
Good communicator and team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-starter who can handle a busy, fast-paced office.
