Our respiratory therapists are shaping the future of the field—and now, you can become one of the people who **Make It Possible**.**What You’ll Do*** Coordinate all respiratory care activities during your shift, providing clinical education and supervisory support.* Deliver orientation and competency assessments for new employees.* Provide clinical support in critical areas, including cardiac arrest response and the Emergency Room.* Participate in hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions for staff.* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.* Offer in-service education to staff and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.* Perform all therapies and procedures as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist.**Required Criteria*** ## **Education:** Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Respiratory Therapy (AMA-approved).* ## **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience.* ## **Licensure/Certifications:**
+ ## Current NYS Respiratory Therapy License.
+ ## NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
