Trillium Staffing
Trillium Construction is seeking PEMB Ironworkers for a project in Paris, TN. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in structural steel bolt‑up, welding, rigging, millwright tasks, structural welding, and metal panel installation. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient assembly of steel structures and building components.
Pay rate is $30/hour. Schedule: Mon - Sat, 50h+ / week. Apply now!
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, bolt‑up, and erect structural steel components for PEMB systems
Perform structural welding and fabrication according to project specifications
Install metal wall and roof panels, trims, and related building components
Operate rigging equipment to position and secure materials safely
Assist with millwright duties such as equipment installation, alignment, and precision adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and erection plans
Use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job‑related equipment
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
Pre‑employment screenings
Proven experience as a PEMB ironworker or structural steel erector
Strong knowledge of bolt‑up procedures, structural connections, and steel framing
Proficient in structural welding (certifications preferred but not required)
Experience in rigging and safe material handling
Familiarity with millwright work, including precision installs and alignment
Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently or within a crew
Preferred Skills & Certifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Aerial lift, forklift, or telehandler certifications
Experience installing metal building insulation systems
