We are currently looking for a Lead Construction Electrician with previous commercial experience to join our team!

What you’ll be doing: Manage 3 to 6 team members to complete various electrical tasks to include but not limited to the following:

Tracking and verification of crew member time

Managing teams of up to 6 men+

Planning and scheduling jobsite tasks for crews

Layout of work for small crews

Material ordering

Conduct safety ORM meetings

Troubleshooting electrical issues

Installing electrical systems in a new construction setting

Read and interpret construction drawings

Installing to 5 conduit using foot benders, side winder benders and hydraulic table benders

Pulling branch and feeder cables from #14 to 750 KCML copper wire

Terminating panels, switch gear and electrical devices

Installing warehouse and office lighting and controls

Installing underground duct banks

Perform quality control testing

Train and evaluate apprentices and electricians

What we’re looking for:

6+ years of previous commercial/industrial electrical construction experience

2+ years leading crews of 3 to 6 team members

Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new construction setting

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects

Ability to install to 5 conduit using foot benders, side winder benders and hydraulic table benders

Ability to pull large electrical cables using large pulling ropes, pulling tuggers, pullies and large jack stands

Ability to use and understand Volt/amp meters and meggers

Ability to read and understand basic wiring diagrams

Experience using scissor and boom lifts

Experience using off‑road forklifts

Ability to ascend/descend ladders

Good computer skills

Familiar with Procore and Microsoft Teams

Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools

Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime

Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
