Responsibilities

Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy, listening to and understanding their needs and using Orkin Pro expertise to recommend efficient and innovative solutions. Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency. Interact with customers to set project expectations and guide them through the process to ensure satisfaction. Complete all required service-related documentation using the handheld device provided for speed and accuracy. Benefits

No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid). Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes. Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator. Willing to work in different weather conditions.
