Qualifications
3 or more years of field service technician experience
3 or more years of experience in water treatment (or related fields such as paper industry, low/high‑pressure boilers, wastewater, or cooling tower treatment)
Education in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Must reside within a 2‑hour drive of Eau Claire/Wausau territory or SE MN territory
Must be able to travel 3+ hours per day within the service territory
Strong work ethic, curiosity, and excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities independently
Solid work history with a track record of success

Responsibilities
Maintain and grow customer relationships by partnering with plant operators, engineers, and managers.
Visit industrial and commercial facilities daily to monitor and optimize water systems.
Run complex water tests, troubleshoot equipment, and apply innovative solutions to keep systems operating at peak performance.
Use new technology and automation tools to track performance, deliver results, and document services accurately.
Manage a service territory, requiring daily travel within a 2‑3 hour radius of your home base.
Actively support continuous improvement and expand technical knowledge through uncapped continuing education opportunities.
Additional Information Base Pay is $70,000. No relocation. Full‑time. Full benefits.
