Job Description:

The Distance Education department is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 12 hours per week for the Spring 2026 term. Duties include: produce content in alternate media formats; prepare requested materials related to course documents for use in Canvas; update courses with alt text and closed captions, as well as other curriculum content application updates; and assist with HTML code in Canvas as needed for standard compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Excellent computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software programs and quickly grasp new technologies; basic maintenance of educational equipment; basic office methods, practices, and procedures.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour
