Full-Time | On-Site | Facility Support & Maintenance Kingston Healthcare is seeking dependable and skilled
Maintenance Assistants
to join our team across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll help keep our healthcare and senior living communities safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and families. If you have hands‑on maintenance skills, enjoy solving problems, and want a role where your work truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect fit. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and assist with the maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment Respond to work orders and complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, minor repairs, and groundskeeping Support facility safety by identifying and resolving potential hazards Assist with coordinating outside vendors and contractors when needed Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations in a healthcare/senior living environment Contribute to a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building repair Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is a plus Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, safety‑minded, and customer‑service focused Experience in healthcare or senior living maintenance a plus (not required) What We Offer
