Two Therapies In A Pod Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient clinic providing speech, occupational, and feeding therapy to children and families in the Leander / Cedar Park area. We practice play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-centered care, grounded in purposeful play, genuine connection, and caregiver collaboration.
We place a strong emphasis on partnering with families to support carryover, confidence, and meaningful progress beyond the clinic. Our culture is supportive, collaborative, and intentionally designed for long-term therapist success.
Due to ongoing referral demand and current clinic needs, we are urgently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with an immediate start available.
Compensation Options: We offer both hourly and salary options (W-2 employee), based on experience, reliability, and overall contribution to the clinic.
Hourly Option:
$50–60 per billable treatment hour
Evaluations compensated at 1.5 hours
Higher end of the range available for experienced clinicians, supervising or mentoring SLPs, and those demonstrating reliable attendance and consistent caseloads
Opportunities for rate increases with sustained growth and leadership contribution
Salary Option:
$58,000–$80,000 annually
Salary is determined by clinical experience, caseload capacity and consistency, scheduling availability and reliability, and ability to supervise, mentor, or take on additional responsibilities
Productivity incentives available based on sustained contribution and clinic needs
We are transparent about compensation: higher pay is directly tied to consistent attendance, reliable scheduling, sustained caseload averages, experience, and leadership contribution.
What You’ll Do:
Provide play-based pediatric speech therapy
Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, and AAC
Implement AAC supports and provide caregiver education
Collaborate with caregivers, professionals, and a multidisciplinary team
Complete documentation efficiently and professionally
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP required)
Pediatric experience
AAC experience
