About the Role: We are seeking a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide individualized, in-home therapy to pediatric patients. You will help children develop communication skills, language comprehension, and speech abilities through targeted interventions.
Scheduling Options:
Part-time: under 24 visits per week
Full-time: 25+ visits per week
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver personalized speech therapy treatment plans.
Assess communication abilities and monitor progress.
Educate families on language development techniques and home practice.
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions.
Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient goals.

Experience in
pediatric home health
or related field preferred.
Strong
communication
and
interpersonal skills
to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in
electronic medical records
(EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility
and
adaptability
to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
