Our client, a leader in digital signage and network installation services, is seeking a dedicated Overnight Tech Support to join their team. As an Overnight Tech Support, you will be part of the Delivery Services department supporting on-site installation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Monitor and document the progress of digital menu board installation milestones throughout the project.
Provide technical troubleshooting support to ensure timely and accurate completion of on-site work.
Communicate effectively with teams and clients via chat channels to keep projects on track.
Produce comprehensive updates for project management and daily recap meetings.
Assist with network and wiring issues, including low-voltage wiring, IP troubleshooting, and network rack architecture.
What's Needed?
At least five years of field experience with Cat5/Cat6 wiring, including running and terminating cables.
Experience installing and assembling patch panels and network switches.
Familiarity with digital menu boards, local network operation, and basic IP troubleshooting.
Proficiency with communication software such as Chat and Microsoft Teams, and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to track multiple installation teams simultaneously, recording progress and resolving challenges effectively.
