What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site
Every day brings something new, and no two lawns are ever the same!
Starting Pay:
$18.50 per hour , based on experience
Hourly, non-exempt position
Year-round work , including winter season opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed
