Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed
Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
