Front Desk Associate – Planet Fitness
Join the Planet Fitness team in Delray Beach, FL as a Front Desk Associate. In this role, you will offer outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, judgement‑free experience for all members and guests.

Core Responsibilities
Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with check‑in and any questions.
Promote the Judgement Free Zone®, interact with members on the floor, and support their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, refer issues to a Manager.
Answer phones in a friendly manner and provide assistance to callers.
Perform membership related functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances and transferring memberships.
Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
Execute retail transactions accurately and work toward sales goals.
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment: exercise equipment, spa amenities, restrooms, communal spaces, and club areas.
Report maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues and prompt resolution of any equipment problems.
Required Qualifications
6‑12 months experience in a customer‑service environment (preferred).
Minimum age 18 years.
Willingness to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks.
Communicating in person or by phone throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
Movement involving bending, twisting and turning.
