Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

to perform

home care assessments

for clients in the

Jacksonville area . This is a W-2 position offering

flexible hours

and

weekly pay , ideal for nurses looking to pick up extra hours without committing to a full shift schedule.

Position Highlights:

Role: In-home assessments and care plan updates

Location: Jacksonville, FL + surrounding areas

Schedule: PRN / As needed

Compensation: Weekly direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 employee

Start Date: ASAP

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Active Florida

RN or LPN license

CPR certification

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Reliable transportation and professional demeanor

Prior home care or senior care experience preferred

Responsibilities Include:

Completing initial in-home assessments and recertifications

Updating client care plans and reporting findings

Communicating with office staff regarding client status or needs

Ensuring documentation is accurate and timely
