Shift:
Training M-F 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (3 weeks); then 7:00 AM-4:00 PM *or* 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Job Description:
Contact homeowners to resolve delinquency and discuss fees/credit impacts.
Perform skiptracing and document all collections activity in platform.
Establish payment arrangements (extensions, modifications, forbearances, repayment plans).
Qualifications:
1+ year collections/loss mitigation (3+ years preferred); FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA knowledge; CRM tools (Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce); skiptracing and loan calculation experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
