We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our on-site medical team in Navasota, TX. This role is responsible for providing high-quality occupational, urgent care services, and delivering preventive healthcare services in accordance with established clinical guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to patient advocacy while maintaining excellent communication. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments Triage workplace injuries and illnesses to determine appropriate on-site treatment or need for off-site medical care Determine level of care required and arrange appropriate transportation when off-site treatment is necessary Manage care of injured employees in coordination with panel physicians and managed care providers Provide urgent care services to employees and eligible spouses Prescribe and dispense medications on-site in compliance with state regulations and company protocols Educate employees on workplace safety, injury prevention, and general health and wellness topics Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation and reports Serve as a patient advocate while representing the company in a courteous and professional manner Ensure compliance with clinical standards of care and company policies Required Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas Current CPR and ACLS certifications Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner Occupational or industrial health experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical standards of care Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, interpret, and prepare medical documentation, reports, and correspondence Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Job Type:
