Position Overview Salary is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall inventory and security of stored items.
Oversee the receiving and stocking of supplies and making deliveries.
Ensure the successful operation of the Warehouse and direct the work of Receiving Clerks, assuring that internal guests have a favorable experience.
Assist with the development and management of the budget for the Warehouse Department.
Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss and time injuries.
Schedule staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment and ensure a positive experience for internal guests of Live! Casino.
Develop staff through training, interviewing new hires, performance management, disciplinary counseling, and conducting performance evaluations.
Assist with coordinating and supervising department financial data.
Review Warehouse activities and promotions with the Warehouse Department.
Monitor and adjust performance.
Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
Receive and unload stock items for the casino.
Maintain inventory and storage of all items.
Deliver supplies to designated locations.
Ensure maintenance and safety of all equipment.
Operate forklift to move supplies in and out of the warehouse.
Assist with inventory control.
Inspect all storage areas and inventory to ensure they are neat and orderly.
Deliver stored items to department personnel as defined in the manual of procedures.
Work to ensure the safety and security of Live! Casino team members and guest property.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control laws and regulations.
Handle a broad variety of tasks and deadlines requiring an irregular work schedule.
Perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws for the local area, Health Department regulations, applicable OSHA regulations, and Gaming regulations.
Qualifications
Two to five years’ experience in warehouse operations and supervising people and processes.
Two-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
Forklift certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the willingness to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires the ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
Handle, carry or lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Work in a smoke-filled environment.
Stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
Climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms; work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
Use stairs multiple times per day and elevators.
Be exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
