HVAC Installation Coordinator - Wednesday & Saturday; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am-8 pm, and Wednesday from 2 pm-8 pm
Eanes, a Horizon Services company, is growing again and we are seeking an Install Coordinator with at least one year of administrative experience to assist our HVAC Installation team in our High Point, NC office.
To be successful in this role you must be highly energetic, customer‑satisfaction and detail‑oriented, and able to learn and proficiently enter and access information in our customer database. Other responsibilities will include calling customers to confirm appointments, dispatching technician calls, obtaining permits, and confirming client appointments.
Responsibilities
Learn and proficiently enter and access information in the customer database.
Call customers to confirm appointments.
Dispatch and schedule technician calls.
Obtain necessary permits.
Prepare job packets, file documents, fax, make copies, and manage Microsoft Office and Excel files.
Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
At least one year of administrative experience.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Detail‑oriented and highly energetic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
