We Are Searching For:
Warehouse / Parts Puller Location:
Kalama, WA Pay:
$20+/hr DOE Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Overtime as needed Responsibilities
Pull parts accurately based on order tickets or service requests Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment or delivery Receive incoming inventory and stock in correct locations Assist with cycle counts and inventory control Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Work closely with the parts and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe Load and unload deliveries as needed Take on other warehouse tasks as assigned What You’ll Do

High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment The Musts
Previous warehouse or parts pulling experience Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to pass a Background and UA Screening (Including THC) Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified) Maintain Safety compliance with RCW Preferred
Familiarity with heavy equipment or forestry parts Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems Mechanically inclined and general math skills Next Steps
