What is Your Role?
To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.
Summary:
It is the responsibility of Guest Services to make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by creating a positive first impression and making our guests feel welcome on the phone and in person. Guest Services controls the seating of the guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Arrive on time as indicated on the work schedule. Wear and maintain uniform meeting restaurant requirements; practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Exemplify hospitality standards; answers guests’ questions about the restaurant; handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority.
Cooperate with management and co-workers, assist others with duties when needed; communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
