270681Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB**:As a Security Dispatcher at Excalibur, you're right at the heart of it all – keeping communication flowing between our Security team and Management.

You'll be the voice behind the scenes, answering calls, handling radio traffic, and making sure the right information gets to the right people fast!From managing emergencies to handling day-to-day details, no two days are the same.

You'll need to think on your feet, multitask like a pro, and know our procedures inside and out.

$22.00 / Per Hour**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Direct and coordinate security officers to handle incidents, emergencies, and service requests across the property with fast and effective action* Stay in constant contact with the Global Security Operations Center* Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels at all times to quickly spot and respond to potential security issues* Keep clear and accurate logs of all communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activity in real time for reporting and follow-up* Follow emergency procedures during events like fires, medical situations, or active threats, while keeping strong communication with local authorities* Work with police, medical teams, and other outside agencies as needed to give support and share information during incidents**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 21 years of age or older* High School Diploma or GED* Skilled communicator with a solid knowledge of radio and telephone operations preferred* Ability to quickly and accurately manage security communications and reporting systems preferred* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all internal and external guests**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups* Free meals in our Excalibur employee dining room* Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
