Nesco Resource is looking to hire Forklift Operators in the Lakeland, FL area for a 1st and 2nd shift. These are 12 hr shift son rotating days including weekends. Schedule for 1st is 6:40 am to 7:00 pm and for 2nd shift is 6:40 pm to 7:00 am. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience operating Sit-Sown Forklift and stand-up, propane and electric forklifts, RF Scanner experience, and possess computer skills. Job Functions
Safely operate a sit-down forklift
Load and unload trucks and stock, and move materials from one location to another
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that each load is delivered to the correct destination
Stack and move pallets of goods, and stack empty pallets to maximize space in the warehouse
Inspect machinery regularly to ensure it is in good condition and meets safety compliance standards
Qualifications
Prior sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED
Ability to use an RF Scanner is required
Must have steel-toe boots above the ankle
Safety oriented
Basic computer knowledge
Payrate $19.00 an hour
