Job Summary Drive excellence in our supply chain operations by optimizing inventory management, production scheduling, and customer support. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically analyze forecast changes to proactively manage materials and production requirements
Develop scenario planning to support informed decision‑making across the organization
Synchronize customer demands with our production capabilities to ensure optimal delivery
Lead cross‑functional collaboration to optimize inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
Serve as a key liaison for customer order management and change requests
Partner with the Master Scheduler to create efficient production schedules
Implement data‑driven inventory tracking systems and optimization strategies
Drive cost‑effectiveness through strategic component selection and alternatives
Champion product lifecycle management and new product introduction processes
Represent Supply Chain excellence in both internal and customer‑facing meetings
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered
Understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory systems
Experience with ERP systems beneficial
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
Knowledge of electronics purchasing and global supply chain practices a plus
Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment
Detail‑oriented approach with professional discretion for confidential information
Passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
