The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Retail Supervisor to join our team at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Florida. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?
Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results
Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
Monitor store floor and assist with guests needs
Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
More about you
Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required
Previous experience working with point of sale system required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
