Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
or
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility required for either shift
We are seeking a skilled and dependable
Commercial Maintenance Technician
to support daily building operations. If you have hands‑on maintenance experience and take pride in quality work, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Replace and repair lights and fixtures
Perform toilet repairs and other light plumbing tasks
Complete general building maintenance and repairs
Hang items and assist with office setup and modifications
Paint and patch sheetrock as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience
Ability to work assigned shifts with flexibility as needed
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
