In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience by managing reservations efficiently and ensuring booking accuracy.

Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System

Promote packages and special offers to enhance the guest experience

Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy

Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail

Qualifications

Work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving
