As the Supply Chain Operations Supervisor, you will work cross‑functionally with various departments, including sales, carrier procurement and operations, carrier compliance, finance and accounts payable. You’ll handle a team of Carrier Procurement Representatives and ensure that everyone is consistently delivering positive results. As a part of the GXO team, you’ll have a starring role in helping us continue to provide game‑changing solutions for our global customers.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Handle the daily operations of the team
Develop and expand carrier relationships with both existing and new carriers
Train, mentor and develop a team of Carrier Procurement Representatives
Book freight and maintain KPI metrics while ensuring your direct reports do the same
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of transportation‑related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of non‑asset‑based brokerage experience
Solid experience in management, including prioritizing work and performing well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Solid conflict resolution skills
Proven leadership and creative thinking skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
